Literacy
Volunteers of the NRV
Offers free, confidential, one-on-one tutoring to adults in basic literacy.

Provides adults services such as on the job training, occupational skills (re)training
and/or upgrade, child care, clothing assistance, emergency housing, work related
tools and uniforms, job readiness activities, internships, work experience, job

paperwork for college.
Youth services include basic education, tutoring, academic support,
comprehensive guidance counseling, mentoring, leadership development camp, paid
and unpaid work experience, summer employment opportunities, occupational skills
training, preparation for post-secondary education, and supportive services.
Must be at least 16.
Participants for both programs must be income eligible. Youth program age
